April showers bring...

Great looks from Ever An' Angel!

Two incredible looks just perfect for spring, and to take you into your summer adventures!  Here I am in one of the season's hottest trends, a jumpsuit, but OH!  What a jumpsuit! This is "Southern Charm" by Ever An' Angel, and oh how charming it is!  The slim fit of the trouser, accents your waist, and the legs just wide enough to flow.  The bodice wraps, sensually, up your torso, leaving a bare back.  All fabricated in the softest of linens, in English Garden prints.  This one is called "Mixed".  Perfect for beach, lunches, garden galas, weddings, mint juleps on the porch, and all the fun things you've planned for your summer. Quix says I look like I'm going to attend the Derby!  (Accessory details below)

A close up to show off the NEW makeup!  Expressions III from Tone!  (Available Exclusively at Ever An' Angel) I am wearing the Eye Polish in Mango, and the Lip Polish in Apricot.  I kept this same makeup for both looks.  Tone has released an amazing group of make-ups! (More on that in the next blog!) Lots of eyes to play with, and lush summer lips!  In tones and shades to compliment any skin tone. And there are demos available for all of it!

The second look, "Take Me Back", is flirty and sophisticated.  Slim fitting trousers in a striped cotton sateen, lovingly cling to every curve, while the high yoked waist shows off all the work you've put in at the gym!  (and even if you haven't it gives that appearance!) So flattering.  Over that a sweet flutter of a flyaway top in the softest organic hemp knit.  Perfect details (an Ever An' Angel signature), like the three tiny buttons at the neckline, or the thin straps repeating the stripes of the trousers make this look polished and professional  Accessory details below!

I feel a "sin" coming on!

At first look this new gown from Ever An' Angel, Essex Gala Gown, seems demure, utterly feminine.  The perfect placement of the flower design accenting the curve of your waist, the flare of hips.  The flow of the softest of fine linen laying lovingly against your skin.  

But from the back, you realize this gown is held daringly to your body by three thin straps, laying bare the full length of supple spine. The scooped back dipping dangerously low, just skimming the edge of decency.  Here I paired this sunshine color with sandals and flowers in my hair, but you can dress this look up and shake up the next formal dinner!  (this color is available at the Zuri Mall as part of the Easter hunt!  So you can get it for FREE and when you fall in love with it, pick out one or nine of the other scrumptious colors available) 

A bit less daring, but oh so pretty, the March group gift!

For the Essex Gala look I am wearing Tone Expressions II makeup.  The lips are the lip stain in in Coral.  The eyes are the Reflection eye in Sunrise, with the Hybrid Liner 8 over that.  I am also wearing the Bronzer in Neutral.  (The hair is by Exile, "Coming Up Daisies" and I am wearing Semi-Precious' Daisy bracelet and Earrings. Shoes: Hucci Majuro Sandal - Beach. I am wearing the Maitreya body, with skin by Glam Affair (Cleo in the shade Europa), and my own shape.)

Mini's first Corner!

And it's absolutely adorable!  When a CSR has been with Ever An' Angel for a while, they are invited to create "corners", amazingly fun outfits that are put together from sets in the store!  Mini (also known as Yuko, which means "friendly") has out done herself in her first corner.  Daring, yet classy, in a subtle play of color!  This look is perfect down on the wharf for crab cakes with friends, or off to a club for a night of dancing!  And the sandals add just the right touch.  

I asked Mini if she was nervous about her first corner, here's what she said:

"...oh i was nervous as hecck...i was thinking oh my god so many of the outfits were already taken but also excited and no it did not come to me ri.ght away, took me a while to think of what to put ... i knew which ones were already used and that was one reason i took forever to join the rotation - i knew most were taken or been used..."

It's a transitional time of year, and we are challenged to create new and different things, but we can't repeat!  So Mini is right, it can be quite the task!

I asked her what she liked about being a CSR:

"my favorite thing is all the different people i get to interact with along with being in a friendly/happy environment."

Well said Mini!  

And Mini tells me, that like all of us, she is looking forward to Ever An' Angel's new Fall line!
