And while were at great bargains, this week's corner, at Ever An' Angel,  is by ME!  I had such fun putting this together, and it's in one of my favorite color combinations; red and black.  I love the snug fit of the red corset from the Midwinter Traveler set. And the trousers from the Social Scenery set compliments it perfectly.  And to add a bit of warmth, and just because it sets off the decollete of the corset so well, the soft shrug from the Muse set is thrown over it.  Add the Our Colors suede pumps and make-up from TONE and you have a great outfit for holiday parties.  I hope you'll enjoy wearing this outfit, and you can have the whole thing for only 200L.  But only for this week!  Because next week, a new corner arrives!  (that's how it works!)

The first gown I saw in the expansive shopping area was, of course, from Ever An' Angel! This gorgeous design called "Muse" inspired me to get the word out to all of you!  

A gown of such opulence, and creativity it takes your breath away.  The bodice piece elongated down the front of the dress in a heavy silk panel that takes it's cue from the the Art Deco salons of Prague.  Flaring from that glorious panel of color is yards and yards of the most precious of silks, printed and embroidered to flow like liquid gold to light your path.  A shrug created from the finest angora and merino wool to lay warm and soft against your arms and shoulders.  This gown invites moonlight and magic!  And it is available right now at the Ever An' Angel store at the Solaris event.  

The gown begs for special makeup and here I am wearing the TONE makeup in Enigma, 8.  But, a gown this opulent requires a bit more so I added the Fantasy overlay in gold.  I feel like legends could be written about me in this gown and makeup!

And the gown "Petit Point" in the color Ember (shown here) is also only available at the Autumn Winter Fashion 2015 Event.  Evocative of Maxfield Parrish, this slender slip of purest silk is held to you by a wrap of antique petit point, found throughout old European manors.  Tiny buttons clasp this precious fabric to your waist, spilling down over hips, and dropping their hand embroidered flowers adoringly at your feet.  The sweetheart neckline modestly covered by the sheerest of hand embroidered silk.  This gown will draw so many admiring glances as you move serenely through the dusk, knowing the last ember that sparks the imagination will be you!

A Little Night Music, in Opus

First is Opus, in "Depths", a midnight shadow of a blue.  Anna Karenina would have adored it, as she stepped out from the Hermitage for a breath of cold air.  Magical and musical like a symphony composed to your beauty as you step into crystalline light wearing Ever An' Angel's magnum "Opus". The opening movement is the whisper of silk that slides from scented shoulders, and sweeps to reveal the curve of decollete.  The second movement cinches in your waist in glorious beading, and the final movement crescendos to a sweep of a lavish skirt, the musical glissando of cut velvet from bodice to hem, as you walk on to create your own unforgettable night music.  Unforgettable.

Magic and Mystery in Dreamkeeper

 The outfit evokes dreams of cool fall forests, the crunch of leaves, the rise of mist caresses against a bared shoulder. Perhaps you dream of a hike along stone strewn shores as cool waves lap at your feet.  What ever you dream, this ensemble will take you there.  Slim leggings are topped by a detailed tunic that clings to your curves in an asymmetrical line; artfully defined by a mix of knit, and softest artisinal leather, soft as a kiss as it wraps round your body.  All held together with ebony buttons that are echoed in the matching boots.(sold separately) The asymmetrical lines accent your curves.  The boots are a long cling of softest leather, from well turned heel to sueded cuff. at mid-thigh.  Ever An' Angel has created the boot of the season.  Detailed with ebony buttons at the curve of ankle, a sculpted mid-heel that hugs the foot to  a modified pointed toe, and great stitched details  Pair this boot with leggings or skirts, and show of those shapely legs. Music to our eyes!

Classical or Jazz Ever An' Angel has it all!

Music serves as inspiration for fashion, and always has, and Ever An' Angel presents two diverse compositions to delight your senses...all of them!

The classical side...

First there's "Opus".  A magnum Opus it is.  You'll be swept away by the lush orchestration of the heavy silk, as it slides off shoulders, curves about your bodice in a sweetheart neckline, and gathers at the waist, accented by a opulent beaded belt.  The skirt, is a sweeping movement all it's own, flowing and swaying with every step, the luxury of silk trailing behind you like the lingering notes of an exquisite Chopin nocturne.  And the final surprise of the glissando of flocked velvet overlay that draws the eye from bodice, past a tiny waist and over the flow of the skirt.  Each detail layered carefully to bring you a symphonic poem of a gown.  The room will fall to silence as you enter, for all will want to drink in the beauty of your song, your Opus.

And all that JAZZ...

And if the play of notes, the unexpected, the improvisation of jazz is more your style, Ever An' Angel presents "Social Scenery".  Modern, classic, and yet unexpected.  There's the improvisation of color and line over the brocade of the vest.  The print reminiscent of the glorious era of Art Deco.  The trousers play out the melody line, sure and confident, just like you!  The trousers are cut to move with every step, a flirt of silk, classy and elegant.  This is a look that can take you from office to evening in classic style!  Kass added the delightful accent of the necklace "Mariko" by Semi-Precious. The neckline of the vest will lovingly frame any necklace, but I think Kass made the perfect choice.

Our dear friend, Quix, of Semi-Precious Jewelry has created a set just for the Opus gown.  The baroque filigree of precious metal capturing a scattering of exotic pearls, imported from far away places.  Each set created specifically for one of the rich colors of the gown (shown here in copper).  But I can imagine so many of my things that this gorgeous set will compliment.
